In early 2000, Momentum trialled a new, cost
effective way to offer customers of Warner Village Cinemas a personal
booking service. The trial was a success and Warner decided to roll
the service out nationally, initially using one of the big four
UK call centre providers.
Momentum Offshore subsequently won the contract
when it came up for renewal, with a solution that achieved a massively
improved call answer rate along with a call handling cost reduction
of over 20%. We now handle up to 100,000 calls a month
for Warner Village Cinemas, with a call answer rate of over
95%.
